The Business Council of Alberta is addressing the future of the Alberta Economy. Larry was fortunate to be asked to write a brief paper on what it would take for the province to become a major player in agricultural value added. While the result is by no means an in-depth study, the idea is one of fascinating possibilities and we hope it stimulates discussion and, eventually, some action in moving the province forward.
