CTEAM Information

Admission
	Applicants will be selected on the basis of responsibilities, experience, and industry participation. The program seeks to bring together a diverse group of individuals from across the Canadian food and agriculture sector. Qualified applicants are accepted and notified on a first come, first serve basis. Enrolment is limited.
Travel & Accommodation
	Participants are responsible for payment of travel, hotel accommodation, and dinners. Daily breakfast, lunch, and refreshments, as well as tour travel, are included in the registration fee. A block of rooms will be held at each location for the participants to book at a negotiated rate.
Freedom from Organizational Responsibilities
	The intensity of the program necessitates that participants be free of all organizational responsibilities during attendance.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

A refund, less 25%, will be issued if written notification is received one month prior to the start of the program.  No refund will be issued if the withdrawal is less than 30 days prior to the start of the program or once the program has started. Substitute participants may be accepted, pending approval by AME. AME reserves the right to cancel programs and is not responsible for costs incurred due to cancellation.
